Guests will have the opportunity to practice yoga, high intensity interval training, hands-only CPR and healthy eating through expert-led stations. There will be music, games and prizes, all centered around the lifesaving mission of the American Heart Association.

A walk isn’t just good for your body; it’s a simple, powerful way to care for your mind and soul. Physical activity, like walking, reduces stress, boosts mood, and promotes overall well-being. For decades, the American Heart Association has championed the importance of physical activity in communities across the country. That’s why we created National Walking Day more than a decade ago, to encourage everyone to move more and stress less.

The American Heart Association thanks local sponsor, Sheehy Auto Stores, for sponsoring this impactful event.
