Keith Churchwell, M.D., FAHA, American Heart Association volunteer president (2024-2025) and an associate clinical Professor of Medicine at Yale School of Medicine in New Haven, Connecticut and adjunct Associate Professor of Medicine at the Vanderbilt School of Medicine, Nashville, Tennessee at the opening Main Event at the American Stroke Association's International Stroke Conference 2025, Feb. 5-7, 2025 at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
