Walgreens and the American Heart Association Encourage CPR Training in Every U.S. Household
The chance of surviving cardiac arrest outside the hospital is only 10 percent. When someone nearby is CPR trained, the likelihood of survival can double or triple. Tim Wentworth, Walgreens CEO, and Nancy Brown, American Heart Association CEO, are joining forces to double the survival rate of cardiac arrest by 2030 through the Nation of Lifesavers movement.
