Dr. Gardner on shopping for healthy ingredients
Christopher D. Gardner, Ph.D., FAHA, is Vice Chair of the writing group on a new Science Advisory from the American Heart Association, “Ultraprocessed Foods and Their Association with Cardiometabolic Health: Evidence, Gaps and Opportunities.
He is the director of nutrition studies at the Stanford Prevention Research Center and the Rehnborg Farquhar Professor of Medicine at Stanford University.
