Creager, M.D, FAHA, FACC, a professor of medicine at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth College in Hanover New Hampshire, and director emeritus of the Heart and Vascular Center at Dartmouth Health in Lebanon, New Hampshire is Chair of the guideline writing committee for the first clinical practice guideline on acute pulmonary embolism (PE) from the American Heart Association and the American College of Cardiology.
